BucelliTransfers provides professional digitization services for personal media including videotapes, audiotapes, film reels, slides, negatives, photographs, and DVDs. Our goal is to help clients preserve and relive family memories by converting analog materials into accessible digital formats.

2. Risk of Damage

 

BucelliTransfers takes every reasonable precaution to protect your items. However, many materials we handle are decades old and may already show signs of decay, brittleness, or prior damage. No transfer system is without risk.

 

You acknowledge that damage may occur during handling or digitization, and you agree that BucelliTransfers is not liable for any deterioration, breakage, or other damage that occurs during the transfer process.

3. Unlawful Submissions

 

You agree to use BucelliTransfers services only for lawful, personal purposes.

 

BucelliTransfers strictly prohibits the submission of any materials that:

 

• Contain or depict illegal or obscene content, or material that violates any state or federal law; and/or

• Contain copyrighted works (such as films, television programs, or music recordings) that the client does not personally own or have legal permission to reproduce.

 

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Child exploitation or abuse in any form

• Hate or violent acts intended to cause harm

• Copyrighted media not personally owned or legally authorized for duplication by the client

• Any other material whose duplication would violate federal, state, or local laws

 

Because BucelliTransfers processes large volumes of media, all content cannot be fully reviewed. However, if any material is found to violate state or federal law, BucelliTransfers reserves the right to refuse service and report such materials to the proper authorities. In such cases, the offending media may be forfeited.

4. Payments & Refunds

 

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service. Payment is due in full once digitization is completed.

 

Refunds are not provided once services have begun. Media found to be unplayable or untransferable due to age or defect will not be charged and will be returned to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

BucelliTransfers is not responsible for the sentimental or irreplaceable value of original media.

 

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We do not guarantee perfect playback quality or restoration beyond the limitations of the original materials.

6. Refusal of Service

 

BucelliTransfers reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse service for any submission that violates these terms or presents unreasonable technical or legal risk.
